Methodology

The method, written down

Most agencies keep the process vague so it cannot be checked. Here is ours in full: what happens, in what order, and what you should expect to see at each stage.

  1. 01

    Week 1 to 2

    Audit

Find what is actually wrong, in priority order

Before anything is touched, we crawl the site and go through it by hand: technical health, index coverage, page speed, on-page structure, content gaps, local presence, and how you compare to whoever is currently beating you. The output is a prioritized list, ranked by impact, not a generic checklist.

    What you get

    • Full technical crawl and index coverage review
    • Page speed and Core Web Vitals baseline
    • Content and keyword gap analysis
    • Competitor comparison for your actual market
    • A fix list ranked by impact, with reasoning
  2. 02

    Month 1

    Fix the foundation

Clear the problems capping every page at once

Technical issues throttle everything above them, so they go first. Crawling and indexing problems, speed, broken structure, thin or duplicated pages, and your Google Business Profile if local search matters to you. This is the unglamorous month, and it is the one that makes the rest work.

    What you get

    • Technical fixes shipped, not just listed in a report
    • Site structure and internal linking corrected
    • Existing pages optimized for the terms they should own
    • Google Business Profile claimed and completed
  3. 03

    Month 2 onward

    Build authority

Content and credibility that earn the ranking

With the foundation solid, we publish content mapped to what your customers actually search, and earn the links and mentions that tell search engines you are credible in your market. This is the part that compounds: each piece makes the next one rank faster.

    What you get

    • Content briefs mapped to real search intent
    • Pages written, optimized and published
    • Link earning through genuine outreach, never bought
    • Location or service pages as your coverage grows
  4. 04

    Ongoing

    Measure and refine

Report in plain language, then double down

Every month you get a written summary: what we did, what changed, what is next. No dashboard you have to decode. We keep what is working, drop what is not, and we tell you honestly when something has not moved.

    What you get

    • Monthly written report in plain English
    • Rankings, traffic and inquiries tracked against your baseline
    • A call at the cadence your plan includes
    • Direct access whenever you have a question

Honest expectations

What you should actually see, and when

SEO takes months. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Here is what progress genuinely looks like, including the quiet part.

Month 1
Audit delivered and technical fixes shipped. Usually nothing visible in rankings yet. If your local profile was weak, that can move quickly.
Months 2 to 3
Content publishing at a steady cadence. Impressions start rising before clicks do. That gap is normal and it is the first real signal.
Months 4 to 6
Rankings climbing on your core terms. Traffic clearly above where you started. Inquiries beginning to follow the traffic.
Months 6 to 12
Compounding. The library and the links make each new page rank faster. SEO becomes a channel you can plan around.

These are expectations, not promises. We report on impressions and average position from the start, so you can see movement before it shows up as traffic. We will never guarantee a specific position or date.
