Engagements

A small number of businesses, done properly

We cap how many businesses we work with at once. What yours costs depends on your market and how much ground it covers, so we quote it after the audit rather than guessing now.

What you are paying for

The same standard underneath every engagement

These are not upgrades. They are the floor, and they are the reason the fee is what it is.

  1. 01

The person who audits your site does the work

No junior handoff after the sale, no account manager relaying messages. You deal directly with whoever is making the changes, which is also the only way you get a straight answer about what is and is not working.

  2. 02

We implement, we do not just advise

A list of recommendations is the cheap version of this job, because it moves the hard part onto you. We make the changes on the site ourselves, and where we need your developer we brief them properly.

  3. 03

We learn your trade before we write about it

Content that ranks and then fails to convert is content written by someone who has never sat in on the job. We ask what customers actually ask, what the real objections are, and what a bad job looks like in your trade.

  4. 04

We follow it through to inquiries, not rankings

Rankings are a step, not the outcome. We set up tracking so you can see which pages produce calls and forms, and we work on the pages that convert rather than the ones that merely rank.

What drives the number

Four things decide what your SEO costs

We would rather explain how the number is built than publish one that is wrong for most of the people reading it.

  1. 01

    How competitive your market is

Ranking a plumber in a small town and a law firm in a major city are different amounts of work. This is the single biggest factor in any quote.

  2. 02

    How many services and locations

One service in one town needs a handful of pages. Six services across four towns needs a structure, and the work scales with it.

  3. 03

What shape your site is in

A healthy site starts earning sooner. A site with technical debt or a botched migration needs that cleared first, which we scope separately and honestly.

  4. 04

How fast you want to move

Content volume is the main lever. More pages per month costs more and compounds faster. We will tell you the pace your market actually needs, even when that is less than you expected.

Scope

Three depths of engagement

Every engagement gets the same people and the same standard. What changes is how much ground it covers and how fast it moves.

  1. One market

    Focused

A single location competing in one service area

Everything pointed at one market until it is genuinely won.

    • A senior lead who owns the account and does the work
    • Full technical audit, and the fixes made for you
    • Your Google Business Profile owned and worked every month
    • Keyword and intent map built around how your customers buy
    • Two researched pages or guides a month, written for your trade
    • Conversion review of every page once it starts ranking
    • Call and form tracking, so inquiries are attributed to pages
    • Monthly written report and a call with the person doing the work
    Get a quote for Focused
  2. Full coverage

    Category

Competitive metros where the whole category is the target

For businesses going after the hardest terms in a market that fights back.

    • Everything in Expansion
    • Unlimited locations and services
    • Eight researched pages a month
    • Priority technical work, ahead of the line
    • Digital PR aimed at earned coverage and the links that follow
    • A quarterly session on strategy, not just reporting
    • A weekly call
    Get a quote for Category

Every quote is a fixed monthly fee agreed in writing before anything starts. No setup fees, no minimum term, and no surprise line items. We are not the cheapest option and we do not try to be.

Fit

This does not suit everyone

We would rather say so now than take the money and disappoint you six months in.

  • You need inquiries this month. SEO compounds; it does not rescue a quarter. Ads are the honest answer for immediate demand and we will tell you so.
  • You want the cheapest option. There are cheaper ways to buy SEO and some of them are fine. This is not one of them.
  • You want someone to hand you a list. If you have your own team to implement, you are paying us for work you do not need.
  • You want guaranteed positions. Nobody controls Google, and anyone selling you a guarantee is selling you something else.

Why we cap the client list

The work above takes real hours from senior people, and those hours cannot be stretched across a long list without quietly becoming something else: a template, a junior, a report nobody reads. So we hold the number of businesses we work with at a level where every one of them gets the standard described on this page. When we are full, we will say so rather than take you on and thin the work out.

Pricing questions

What people ask first

How much does it actually cost?

It depends on your market, how many locations and services you need covered, and what shape your site is in. Rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most people reading it, we audit your site free and send a fixed monthly quote within 3 business days. There is no obligation to take it, and no sales call required to get it.

Why do you not list prices on the site?

Because a published price is either too high for the simple jobs or too low for the hard ones, and both waste your time. Quoting after the audit means the number reflects your actual competition and starting point. You get it in writing, fixed monthly, before any commitment.

What is included in the monthly fee?

Everything listed in your engagement, done for you rather than handed to you: the audit, the technical fixes made on the site, researched content, local optimization, link earning where included, conversion review, and reporting. No setup fees and no surprise add-ons. If something falls outside the scope, we tell you the cost before we do it.

Can I change engagements later?

Yes, up or down, at any time. A common path is to start on Focused while the technical groundwork is done, then widen to Expansion once there is a base worth building on. Changes take effect the following month.

Is there a setup or cancellation fee?

No setup fee and no cancellation fee. Plans are month-to-month. You give 30 days notice and we hand over everything we have built.

You are not the cheapest option. Why?

Because the work described on the pricing page takes real hours from senior people, and we do not stretch those hours across a long client list. Cheaper SEO is usually cheaper for one of three reasons: it is a junior doing it, it is a template, or it is a list of recommendations you are expected to implement yourself. All three can be the right call for some businesses. If one of them is right for you, we will say so.

Do you offer one-off audits or projects?

The free audit is genuinely free. Beyond that, SEO works best as ongoing work rather than a one-time project, so our plans are monthly. If you need a single technical audit deliverable, contact us and we will scope it.
