Getting started
A short call to understand the business and your best customers, then access to your site, analytics and Google Business Profile. We handle the setup. You will not need to learn any tools.

Ongoing
How we communicate
Email for anything, at any time, answered by the person doing the work. A scheduled call at the cadence your plan includes. No ticket system, no account manager relaying messages.

Monthly
What you get each month
A written report in plain language: what was done, what changed, what is next. If something has not moved, it says so and explains why rather than burying it in a chart.

Occasional
What we need from you
Not much, and we will always be specific. Approval on content before it publishes, answers when only you know the detail, and a heads up before you change anything on the site.
If you want to leave
Month to month means month to month. Give 30 days notice and we hand over everything: content, access, accounts, and the work in progress. No exit fee, no hostage negotiation over your own website.
