These terms cover your use of the Scale Up Rank website and, if you become a client, our services. They are written plainly so you know where you stand. By using this site you agree to them.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services, read our content, and contact us. Please do not misuse it: no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, and no scraping it for spam.

The free audit

The free SEO audit is exactly that: free, with no obligation. It is our professional assessment of your site based on the information available. It is advice, not a guarantee of any particular result if you act on it.

Our services

If you become a client, a separate service agreement will set out the specific work, deliverables, and terms for your engagement. The highlights that apply to everyone:

• Month to month. Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. Either side can end the engagement with 30 days notice.
• Payment. Fees are due monthly in advance. Prices are as listed on our pricing page or as agreed in writing.
• What we deliver. We provide the work in your chosen plan and full transparency into what we did. We do the work with reasonable skill and care.

What we do not promise

SEO results depend on search engines we do not control. For that reason, we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue. Any timelines or expectations we share are good-faith estimates based on experience, not promises. We guarantee the work and our honesty, not a position in Google.

Your responsibilities

To do our job we may need access to your website, analytics, and business profiles. You are responsible for providing accurate information and timely access, and for the content and claims on your own website.

Liability

We work hard to help your business, but to the extent allowed by law our liability for any claim relating to the site or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

Content we publish on this site is ours. Work we produce for you as a client becomes yours once paid for, as set out in your service agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
