Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Scale Up Rank collects, why, and what we do with it. We have written it in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email team@scaleuprank.com and we will explain.

What we collect

When you use this site, we may collect:

• Information you give us. When you submit the audit or contact form, we collect your name, email, website URL, and the details you choose to share about your business.
• Basic usage data. Like most websites, our host may log standard technical information such as your approximate location, browser, and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To reply to your audit request or message and deliver what you asked for.
• To provide our services if you become a client.
• To improve our website and understand what is useful.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the tools we use to run the business, and only as needed to serve you. Our audit and contact form is processed by FormSubmit, which delivers your submission to us by email. Scheduling, if you book a call, is handled by Calendly. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site or a scheduling widget you choose to open. Because we do not run non-essential tracking, there is no consent banner to click through.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, including the UK, EU, and parts of the US, you may have additional rights under laws such as UK GDPR or the CCPA. To exercise any of them, email team@scaleuprank.com and we will respond promptly.

Data retention

We keep audit and contact submissions only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, to provide our services. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
